Processing Time

We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, In-stock items will be shipped out within 24 hours, Out-of-stock or pre-order items will be shipped out within 7-14 working days after you place an order.

Please note that during sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than stated below.

Note regarding COVID-19

In light of the current pandemic of the COVID-19, the normal operation of all couriers around the world has been affected, this includes our courier partners, the order shipping will may appearance 5-7 business days delay. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

Process after your order is placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

The standard of shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Please note: The Iambic will not be held liable for custom clearance fees, duties, foreign taxes, holding times or any other associated import costs that may be enforced on delivery. International delivery costs are not inclusive of duties/taxes that may be applied and charged once the item reaches the destination country. The courier service will contact the customer directly to arrange payment.

In the unlikely event the receiver refuses to pay any associated duties/ taxes the shipment will be returned to The Iambic. The item (s) will be refunded excluding the original shipping charge, any import fees / duty or taxes that may have been enforced on the shipment in addition to the postage cost returned back to The Iambic.

Once an item has been dispatched, it is the purchasers responsibility. In the unlikely event that an order is misplaced or lost during delivery, it is the purchasers responsibility to contact us and liaise with the appropriate courier service.


Returns

May I cancel my order?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.

If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns on most items for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the receipt. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.

You only need to send an email to inform us of your return and the reason for the return.

Providing the items are:

  • unworn
  • in their original packaging
  • in salable condition with tags in place
  • no odours from perfume / deodorant on the clothes

All return costs are paid by the customer, we do not provide return shipping labels.
